BLADEcontrol® improves the availability of turbines, minimises downtimes and also ensures optimum efficiency. The condition monitoring system continuously records the condition of each individual rotor blade and recognises even the smallest changes.
No more preventive replacement of blade bearing bolts
BOLTcontrol recognises broken bolts on the blade bearings of wind turbines. The system prevents consequential damage by holding the broken bolts securely in place until they are replaced.
