In the course of automation, more and more physical devices are being integrated into networks. This is driving the trend towards convergence of IT and OT systems. The new modular control systems u-control M3000 and M4000 are leading the way to the future,

With u-control M3000, automation solutions can be perfectly integrated into the IoT. The powerful controller also serves as an edge device for providing local information in the network and can be expanded by connecting function modules – ideal for automation and IIoT applications.

u-control M4000 also offers two CPU cores, two Ethernet interfaces and more RAM, NV-RAM and flash memory for complex edge computing in automation.

IoT gateways

Using our IoT gateway, you can collect machine data and gain access to your field devices and controllers. Various protocols and interfaces are available for this purpose. Data pre-processing is carried out using the open IoT standard Node-RED, whose large community has a wide range of solutions in store. You can set up interfaces to your own IT systems as well as to cloud solutions like Azure, AWS or IBM. For location-independent remote system maintenance, you can also integrate the gateway into the u-link Remote Access Service.
