From Tuesday, 25 November, to Thursday, 27 November 2025, the Weidmüller Group, headquartered in Detmold, will present new technologies for industrial automation as well as pioneering solutions for cabinet building at the leading trade fair SPS – Smart Production Solutions in Nuremberg.
At SPS 2025, Weidmüller will be demonstrating how powerful control technology and modern software architectures work together perfectly at the CODESYS joint stand: The native integration of CODESYS Control SL into the open operating system u-OS creates a future-proof platform for industrial automation and Industrial IoT.
Weidmüller is combining the u-view Advanced V2 touch panel series and the WEB-HMI PROCON-WEB ES into one operating solution. The web-based HMI and SCADA software is now available on u-view Advanced V2 series touch panels. This combination makes machine visualisation and commissioning simpler and more intuitive.
Weidmüller has received certification from the CC-Link Partner Association (CLPA) for its modular I/O system u-remote. This makes u-remote the first modular I/O system to obtain official CC-Link IE Safety certification for CC-Link IE TSN. The interface opens up new possibilities for machine manufacturers and automation engineers to integrate systems into networks based on the CC-Link IE TSN standard.
With the integration of SNAP IN connection technology into the new TeSys series from Schneider Electric, Weidmüller’s innovative strength has reached a new milestone. The jointly developed solution for motor control and motor management sets new standards in electrical connection technology and highlights the potential of SNAP IN technology in industrial applications.
For the SPS trade fair, Weidmüller is presenting a new application demonstrating its broad field wiring product line. The new automated production application demonstrates how the technology of today can be combined with forward-thinking production concepts. It is based around a vertical farming rack, which can be used to demonstrate modern production processes in a compact and efficient way.
The market for Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) is on the verge of a breakthrough. At this year’s SPS trade fair, leading user organisations such as PI (Profinet), ODVA and ZVEI are sending a clear signal: SPE is getting ready for industrial use.
With the new DURAmax DC UPS, Weidmüller presents a compact solution for the uninterruptible power supply of 24 V applications. The DC UPS impresses with ease of use, robust design and maximum reliability, making it ideal for demanding environments, such as shipbuilding and industrial automation.
With the second generation of PROeco power supplies, Weidmüller is offering a space-saving and cost-effective solution that maximises system availability. Thanks to innovative SNAP IN connection technology, wiring is now faster than ever.
Precision and reliability are key requirements for electrical installations. With the swifty® CS (Cut & Strip), Weidmüller presents a further development of its renowned swifty® tool, combining cutting and stripping functions in one compact device.
B&F Elektro GmbH, a modern electrical engineering company for switchgear and control systems, is breaking new ground together with the Connectivity Consulting experts at Weidmüller. Together, the two companies have initiated a structured maturity analysis to assess and further develop B&F’s production processes.
Industry is under pressure: the shortage of skilled workers is a reality, while expectations for efficiency and digital connectivity continue to rise. Cabinet building in particular requires solutions that simplify processes and reduce costs. This is exactly where the new Online Weidmüller Configurator comes in.
