We are currently experiencing difficult and dynamic times. The coronavirus is spreading across the world and we find ourselves confronted with serious challenges – possibly the greatest in decades. As an international company, we are implementing various precautionary measures to protect our customers and employees to the greatest extent possible, to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to continue to remain operational.
To this end, we had already set up a crisis committee in January, which constantly observes the national and international situation and coordinates closely with the persons responsible in our group companies. We are gearing our measures towards the respective developments. The well-being and health of our employees and customers are our main priority, which is why comprehensive precautionary measures have been in place already since the upward trajectory in the virus spread. These range from limiting and banning travel, holding digital meetings, extending the home office options and stepping up hygiene measures.
We are observing the current situation very closely in order to develop the corresponding measures to ensure the security of supply. We aim to supply our clients and business partners with minimum disruption as well as providing all the necessary services. We are currently in dialogue with business partners and the suppliers in our supply chain, to ensure we are informed early on about potential effects and to allow us to react accordingly in good time. Our employees can still be reached via the usual communication channels and will deal with your queries as quickly as possible. We will inform you as soon as possible should any signs emerge that our delivery capacity might be compromised. If you have any questions, please call us or contact your relevant contact directly.
Stay safe in these turbulent times – we are there for you!
