Detmold, 14th February 2018. Again in 2018, Weidmüller is numbered amongst the best employers for engineers in Germany. The renowned Top Employers Institute awards the Electro-technical and Automation Experts from Detmold the Top Employers Deutschland Ingenieure 2018 certification. The jury was impressed by the family-owned company from Detmold and gave them some very good evaluations during the multistage analysis and testing process. “Happy and committed staff who identify themselves with our company, are the basis for achieving our company's goals,” explains Frank Pellmann, Executive Vice President Human Ressources Management Germany at Weidmüller. “We invest a lot in our staff's working environment and working conditions, in order to ensure that they can develop, both professionally and privately. As a result, we are even more delighted to have received this award, for the 10th time now.”

The electro-technical company scored highly with the jury through the process of continuous improvement of the staff's working environment: “Our detailed investigations showed that the Weidmüller Group has created an outstanding staff environment and is working continuously at optimising this.
