A quick charge-up now and then

Initial situation

With the latest generation of SGTE stations drivers benefit from the convenience of only having to stop for a few minutes at the station, without having to wait for the charging process to complete. The charging stations must be extremely sturdy and well-built since most sites are exposed to adverse weather conditions and the threat of vandalism.

Solution

Weidmüller's proven electrical and electronic components have proved themselves to be more than capable of meeting these requirements. For the SGTE Power project, Weidmüller delivered all the power supplies for the new quick-charge stations.
