Reliable power supply strategies for industrial automation

Weidmüller features a wide variety of centralized and decentralized power supply units – including centralized switch-mode power supplies as well as decentralized 24-VDC FieldPower®-networked switch-mode power supplies. These products allow Weidmüller to optimally support the requirements of automation applications while ensuring that plant down time is minimized.

Weidmüller offers innovative and efficient components – the PRO-M switch-mode power supplies and the decentralized PowerBox 10P SNT switch-mode power supply from the FieldPower® product line – for the installation of a 24-VDC supply system.

 

These power supplies are perfectly suited for centralized power supply systems or decentralized 24-VDC systems. The NetCalc project design tool supports the use of the PowerBox 10P SNT FieldPower® power supply units. It also supports the design of AC and DC systems with a variety of topologies (line or tree).
