The Weidmüller Quality Management System

Our quality requirements are documented for our products and processes based on the DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. and  IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard). This standard is sustained and continuously developed due to regular on-site-inspections by independent bodies.

The main focus of these inspections is on the Weidmüller manufacturing locations, the quality management and our internal laboratory (certified according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025).

The quality certificates of our products are approvals, such as: UL/CSA; ATEX and others. These certificates were approved by independent bodies based on individual type tests. Approvals are the precondition for the application within defined markets or fields of application.
